Connect an external service to a mailbox

How connection works#

The application sends you to Rasel Mail’s consent page. Review its name, choose an owned mailbox, and approve or deny access. App registration is self-service; your approval grants access to the selected mailbox. Do not enter your Rasel Mail password on the external application’s site.

Scope of access#

• The current connection is read-only: folders, messages and attachments in the selected mailbox.
• It does not grant message deletion, email sending, or account and subscription management.
• External integrations are available on a paid plan; website-email sending quota is a separate service.

Review and revoke a connection#

1. Open Control Panel → Applications → Connect and read mailboxes.
2. Review shared mailboxes, application names and last use.
3. Revoke the relevant connection. Revocation does not automatically delete copies already held by the external service.
