Switch mailboxes and navigate back

Open the intended mailbox and retain your message context.

Open another mailbox

  1. In Control Panel, open Overview and select a mailbox card to see its details.
  2. Use the open/return-to-mailbox action to enter its mail. Opening details is distinct from opening Inbox.
  3. Check the active address before sending, changing its password or creating an alias.

Back navigation

The reader’s back action returns to the message list. Browser Back and Forward follow navigation between mail, Control Panel and messages. A mailbox locator in a URL is not permission to open it; access is checked on requests.

If a mailbox does not open

Reload once and check connectivity and whether sharing was revoked. Do not create another mailbox or delete the existing one as a workaround. Note whether the problem occurs only when switching or also when opening that mailbox from Control Panel.
