Complete sending records and authentication
Receiving readiness and website-email sending readiness are different.

Why is sending a separate stage?
Receiving into a mailbox proves the inbound route works. Sending from your domain also needs authentication for the outbound route. Follow the domain’s displayed sending records; a successful incoming message does not by itself make the website-email service ready.
Add records without conflicts
- If SPF already exists at the same name, do not add a second SPF record. Review the required combined value rather than removing a sender you still use.
- DKIM may use TXT with a public key or CNAME. Take its type and name from your domain screen, not from another domain.
- A bounce or tracking CNAME does not change your mailbox address and does not include an https protocol in DNS.
- DMARC is a domain policy; do not tighten it without reviewing all services that send for your domain.
Verify sending
- Save required records at the active DNS provider and check the domain again.
- If sending provisioning is pending, wait for completion rather than registering the domain again.
- For website email, create a project on the ready domain and obtain a separate sending quota.
