Ordinary mailbox email
New free and custom accounts share limits of 500 outgoing messages and 500 recipient deliveries in a rolling 24-hour period across all account mailboxes and aliases. Each To, CC and BCC address counts as a recipient. Receiving has no fixed monthly message allowance but remains subject to storage and abuse controls. Legacy review-account limits may differ.
Attachments
Outgoing attachment data totals at most 25 MiB. Preview and sending limits differ; a PDF may be downloadable even when it exceeds the current 15 MiB preview limit. Do not assume every recipient system accepts the same message size.
Website email
Website-email quota is separate: each monthly pack includes 5,000 recipient deliveries for $10. A message to a customer plus CC to an accountant and BCC to an archive uses 3 units. One API request currently permits at most 100 distinct recipients. Quota does not increase automatically when exhausted; request another pack and track payment confirmation.
